Remain a Settlement Class Member
Class members who wish to stay in the Settlement Class do not need to do anything. If you are a class member and the proposed settlement is approved, you will not be able to sue Travelers for the claims asserted in this lawsuit, and you will be bound by the Court's decisions concerning the settlement.

Exclude Yourself From The Proposed Settlement
Class members who do not want to be in the proposed class, can write and ask to get out of the class. If you are a class member, this is the only option that allows you to be part of any other lawsuit against Travelers that asserts the legal claims in this case.
